I ordered this product as a recommendation from a friend and have been very pleased with the results. For myself, I use this as a strong cleanse over a short duration. I use 7 scoops instead of the regular 1 scoop and do this over a 3-5 day duration. Because of this dosing, I have found it helpful to use the magO7 powder in conjunction with this, to aid in pooping. It is also important to drink LOTS of water during this process to aid the body in clearing these toxins.I do this about 2-3 times a year and feel amazing afterwards.
