Where is Healthy by Nature located?

Our home base is in Asheville, North Carolina, USA, in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Where do your products come from?

All of our products are manufactured, independently tested, and shipped from the United States. Most of the ingredients used in our products are sourced from within the U.S., however, in rare cases ingredients are globally sourced.

Are your products safe?

We use only premium quality ingredients in our products and all of our products are manufactured in a FDA Approved facility using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). After manufacturing, they are independently 3rd party tested to ensure quality and safety, before they are distributed for sale in the United States.

How "clean" are the ingredients in your products?

Besides sourcing the most premium quality ingredients we can find and ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards via 3rd party testing, we also realize that people have many sensitivities. For this reason, we do our best to provide gluten free, non-GMO, soy free, vegan, and sugar free ingredients whenever possible. Product specifications will be clearly listed on the product detail pages on our website and those of authorized online retailers. If you have any concerns, feel free to contact us!

Where is your zeolite sourced from?

All of the zeolite used in our products is sourced from premium quality, non-commercial mines. Along with a proprietary purification process, our zeolite is “pharmaceutical grade”. Our HolyLand Zeolite is sourced from the Middle East in an area often referred to as “the HolyLand” or “Garden of Eden.” The zeolite found in ZEO Health products is sourced from the USA.

Where can I purchase Healthy by Nature products?

Currently, we offer the Healthy by Nature products for sale through the HealthybyNature.net site and Amazon.com, as well as authorized independent retailers. ZEO Health products are sold on ZEOHealth.com, RegalSupplements.com, Amazon.com, WalMart.com, and through authorized retailers.

Are your products really 100% guaranteed?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll offer you a full refund as long as you contact us within 60 days of your purchase date. The 100% guaranteed refund is for single product purchases only, and does not apply to multiple unit purchases of the same product if multiple units have been opened.

What is your return policy?

Any product that has not been opened and still has its original packaging and seal (looks new) may be eligible for a return and refund. Any returns on orders over $300 may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us via our Contact Us page or at hello@healthybynature.net.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to all 50 States in the US, but we do not ship product internationally.

Do you establish wholesale accounts?

If you are a brick and mortar retailer or health practitioner who is interested in retailing our products, please message us through the Retail Inquiries page on our website.
