It has been about 3 weeks since I started this, and I do see results. My energy level has increased, this has som many supplements, which helped me eliminate so many others that I was taking. The capsules are easy to swallow. I did receive this product for free.

I like to drink. Not a lot but one adult beverage on the deck every night. I have been taking this for a few months and I can definitely tell that I am feeling better overall. I may try cutting the dosage in half since my body has adapted to this to see if I continue with feeling great. I am more regular taking this. I feel more energetic and have started walking again.
