In 2023, Amazon began giving customers the option to "contact the manufacturer" regarding their product, which has led to much confusion for customers. This is because when Amazon is responsible for fulfillment, they request that we instruct customers to contact Amazon directly in cases where there was an issue with order fulfillment—including the actual product received, damage to the product during shipping, or the package not being delivered.

If you ordered the product directly from the Healthy by Nature or ZEO Health website or have a question about the products (not regarding Amazon Fulfillment), please contact us directly.

If you ordered the product through Amazon, please follow the instructions below: 

There are three ways to contact Amazon directly:

  1. Contact Them From Your Order Page on the Amazon Website
  2. Amazon Customer Service Phone Support: 1-888-280-4331 You'll at first get an automated bot taking the call and be instructed to verify your account by choosing "1". They will verify your account by sending you a text message. If you don't feel comfortable with this, you can bypass this. Either way, you should be connected with a live US operator to help you with your order problem. I would let them know the issue (e.g., package was received damaged, received with no contents, never received, etc).
  3. Amazon Chat via Your Customer Account: You can connect and chat with someone online by contacting Amazon at this link here.

Amazon should be able to assist you. However, if you have difficulties with them, we will intervene on your behalf. Please be sure to leave your Amazon Order # as well as Amazon's response and your contact info, and we will respond to you and make sure you’re taken care of as soon as possible.
