How to Maximize Your Zeolite Detox
Drink Plenty of Fluids.
As with any detox, it’s important to drink plenty of fluids to allow toxins to “flush” out. We recommend that you drink 1 full glass of water for every 2 to 5 grams of zeolite and to stay well hydrated throughout the day. This will help to eliminate any detox side effects and “keep things moving” if you know what we mean.
Give it Enough Time to Work.
Some people will see results after a week, but for most people it will take longer. We suggest taking zeolite consistently for 90 days in order to see the best results. After 90 days, most people do well with taking zeolite periodically or in smaller, daily maintenance doses.
Maybe Take More, Not Less.
One of the great things about zeolite is that oftentimes people don’t have the “detox reactions” - headaches, body aches, etc often experienced with detox. However, if you experience this, you may want to take more than the suggested dosage. So instead of taking 1-2 capsules daily, you may want take 1-2 capsules twice daily or as recommended by a qualified health care practitioner.
It’s OK to Take With or Without Food.
It’s a question people ask a lot. It’s ok to take with just fluids or with food, just be sure to take with enough fluids. Zeolite should not negatively impact the absorption of nutrients, including vitamins, minerals or probiotics.
