It’s that time of year again when many of us start indulging in the treats we avoid much of the year with a big holiday favorite being… chocolate. Unfortunately, it turns out that dark chocolate, often considered to be the “healthy chocolate”, often contains heavy metals such as lead and cadmium that can be harmful to our health and cause a wide variety of symptoms, many of which are mysterious and difficult to diagnose.
